About
Jill Dupont, MA, LPCC
I’m a licensed therapist committed to helping people reconnect with their authentic selves and create meaningful lives aligned with their self-defined values. My motivation for becoming a therapist comes from a deep curiosity about the human condition and our capacity for resilience. When our early needs for love, validation, and belonging go unmet, we often carry that pain into adulthood as anxiety, depression, and/or it shows up in problematic relationship patterns. My own journey toward self-understanding has shaped how I show up for others. I care deeply about social justice, being active in, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and engaging in sustainable living practices.

Experience
Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health and domestic violence agencies providing individual and group counseling. I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and intergenerational trauma. I have conducted state-mandated Domestic Violence Advocate Training and created community resources to expand survivor support. I also volunteered as a Crisis Hotline and Sexual Assault Advocate, offering support, in-person counseling, and advocacy for survivors.
